Ø       The Computerized pillow machine item no. QL003-PF is one of the latest developed machines according to our customer’s requirement in this moment in our factory.

Ø       It is adjusted by computer system that the whole line can be handled by 2 operators, one of them is mainly working for the raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by PLC control panel.

Ø       It requires 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. Sometimes there are 30% material can be mixed with non-siliconized fiber waste or wool etc. NOTE: The customer should ask confirmation from the seller before start any different material with our equipment.

Ø       The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different filling quantity for different pillow case after tested.
